IRONY: Facebook Banned in Pakistan for "Insulting Islam"

While appeasing Muslims to prevent such bans, Facebook allows Holocaust denial, Jew hatred, and the promotion of Islamic terrorism to run rampant on its platform. This content is overwhelmingly generated and supported by people with Islamic and Arab names who then have the chutzpah to get offended when someone draws a picture of their false, pedophile, genocidal, "prophet" (idol) murderer of Jews, Mohammad.  While the Jewish establishment fails to take on the REAL problems Jews face, entire Islamic countries flip out when someone dares "insult" the idol they worship, by merely drawing a picture:
(ABC News) A Pakistani court today banned the use of Facebook in Pakistan until May 31. The ban came after Facebook posted a page "Everybody Draw Mohammed Day!" to be held Thursday.

A Pakistani employee pastes news about blocked Facebook pages on the entrance door of an internet cafe in Islamabad, Wednesday May 19, 2010. A Pakistani court has ordered authorities to block Facebook temporarily over a competition encouraging users to post caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed on the social networking site.

Sketches of Prophet Muhammad are considered an act of blasphemy by Muslims and this Facebook page has already incurred criticism from several Muslims. Pakistan's Law Minister Babar Awan said that "this issue will be raised on all international forums."

The fallout has already begun in Pakistan, where in the port city of Karachi protestors have taken to streets protesting the Facebook announcement.

In 2006 after Prophet Muhammad's caricatures were printed in a Danish newspaper thousands of people took to the streets in Pakistan, burning banks, restaurants and gas stations affiliated with Western companies. Several people were killed and many wounded in the violent protests.
