Email Exchange with Someone Who Claims to be Jewish and Know the People Behind "Kill a Jew Day"

Someone who claims to know the folks behind the "Kill a Jew Day" contacted us.  Here's what they wrote:

I am a Jewish person who was appalled by this group. It's insulting and prejudice and a direct call to violence that some people might take seriously. It's also a plea for attention. I know some of the trolls, and I know their intentions. In fact, some of the creators of that group admire Jews and what we've been through. Advertising the group, and telling people to advertise it, will only keep the troll group going stronger and stronger. If you take down one event page, they'll create another page 10 minutes later. If they all get banned from Facebook, they'll make a new account and make a new page. It's a battle you can't win. It's a battle the trolls will win. They strive for the attention you're giving them. Inevitably, this new "kill a jew day" page will get taken down. Inevitably, they will just create a new one hoping for the attention. The best defense against it is to just . . . not care about it. Trolls are lonely, pathetic, sad beings striving for any kind of attention they can get, and will go to extreme lengths to get the attention, but they also have no outside lives and live on the computer, hoping they get the attention from their online "e-buddies" that they can't manage to get in the real world.

I might be angry at the creators and it's extremely horrid what they're doing, but if you just ignore it (most people learned it from the JIDF), it won't happen anymore and they'll go live their lonely lives somewhere else on the internet. I know the people. They could care less what anyone thinks/does as long as they get the attention. And no one even knows about the "kill a jew day" anyways. They know their limits. They know they can get in trouble for terrorism. They aren't dumb. Just don't the pages public and it'll be fine.
Here was David Appletree's response:
False. "Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil"

They are actually not smart, as they are breaking laws and we're not just reporting them to Facebook.

So they might just care when they are investigated by the FBI, Scotland Yard, etc.

If you know the people in the UK (specifically, in Sheffield, IP: doing this, you might wish to share this w/ them:

We fight back. We don't sit in silence. We don't care if this is some sort of "joke" - or if they are doing it for attention.

They're going to get a lot of attention, and legal troubles. You should advise them to cease and desist and write an apology, as we're going full throttle to give them all the attention they want (and more...)

Guess you're the type of Jew who would have passively allowed the Nazis to throw us into ovens.

Not us. We fight back. You should too, and perhaps consider giving us the names of the idiots involved with this.
