To be a Jew. To be pro-Israel.

To be a Jew, or to be pro-Israel, is about doing the right thing. Not turning a blind eye to evil. It's about calling out evil, and dealing in facts. Not propagating lies. It's about doing the moral and ethical thing. Not about doing what is wrong. It's about being an individualist, a deep thinker. Not a non-thinking collectivist groupthinker. It's about sifting through all the information thrown at us, and discerning good from evil. About taking the time to read the fine print. To understand. Not about blindly regurgitating what might be perceived as "pro-Israel" at first glance. It's about being a friend to other Jews and Israel supporters, especially in their time of need. Not turning our backs on them, betraying them, and remaining silent in the face of injustice. It's about calling out frauds and hypocrites, even within our community. Not blindly supporting them. It's about respecting people's privacy, safety, and security. Not about endangering, or threatening anyone.

We have no respect for the many hypocrites we've encountered in Jewish pro-Israel advocacy, who don't abide by these simple principles. As we encounter more and more of them, we realize just how important our effort is.

Where there are no leaders, we must continue to be leaders.

Think about it. And share widely if you agree.
